How do I order?

Please fill out the order form and send us your artwork or details of your design idea.

Upon receiving your order, you will receive an auto reply email stating your order has been received.  If you email your logo/artwork, you’ll receive another auto reply email stating artwork received.

***If you want a trademarked logo (ex: collegiate) you must contact the University to receive written permission for us to embroider logo on your custom item.

How much will my order cost?

Since each order is custom, it’s hard to say what your final price will be until your design proof is created.    The price is based on the number of items ordered and the size and complexity of your custom design.  A $25 design deposit will be charged when you place your order.  This will be applied toward the total cost of your cover.  If you do not proceed with the order, after design proof is created, your deposit will not be refunded.

When will my order be ready?

Some orders can take up to two weeks to complete, and some are ready in a few days, once you have approved your custom design proof.  When an item is ready to ship, Delila will send you an email to advise when it’s shipped.  She’ll also include a picture of your finished cover.

All Club Covers, Tee/Caddy Bags and Golf Towels are handmade at Delilah’s shop in Evansville, Indiana.  She knows you are excited to see your designs and works many hours to create your custom-made Club Covers, Tee Bags and Golf Towels…. Or whatever you order from Delilah’s.

What is your return policy?

Because your order is custom-made, returns are not allowed. A design proof is provided to the customer for approval before the item is embroidered. However, if Delila has made an error, just call or send an email and advise what the error is. We’ll be happy to replace the item, once you return the original.

How do I pay?

We’ll send you an invoice, once we have created your design and received final approval. We accept PayPal and check or cash if you’re local. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may use your credit card, using the same invoice.

Do you ship international?

Yes! We ship all over the world with USPS Priority Shipping. Cost of shipping is based on your location. You can check actual cost with USPS website from your location to Evansville, IN 47715.
